Allow FULL XP with DEFAULT AI in Portal, stop this Moderate XP restriction.

I noticed "Portal Discussions" has now merged with "General Discussions" and so now, I am once again requesting that DEFAULT AI in Portal allows FULL XP for the server experience. There's no reason ...

What would it hurt now to lift the restrictions on portal? I could see this as only a good thing.

I logged in at around 6pm last evening and could not find one active official game. I was either by myself, or one other player.

Even in Portal I could not find a Full XP game with more than 5 people playing.

Admittedly, I'm in Oceania so the player base is not the size of EU/US. But if I cannot find a game mode I want to play, when I want to play it, I will not be  buying the next version of BF.
