Allow FULL XP with DEFAULT AI in Portal, stop this Moderate XP restriction.

Please add kill kills to weapons after reaching mastery 12, 360/720 is the max, in solo/cooperative bot modes

They should also remove XP and T1 restrictions in Portal too.
