Yeah the "vocal minority" are the ones ok with solo/coop getting full xp and progression. It sure isn't longtime BF Vets.

As it is, I don't want to do crossplay with pc people, and I can't find a crossplay off game on series x so solo/coop is the better option. It runs so smoothly and I can play a stress free game for fun.

I play on PS5 and very rarely run into many problems, some games I win, some games I lose......every now and then I take a MAJOR butt kickin. Does the game have issues, absolutely, but all in all I have had much fun playing it. My biggest complaint is paying $120 for a game that included a 1 year Battlepass and we have yet to see any kind of Roadmap or communication with that. Zombies still have no place in BF tho, that is just my opinion.
- DominickB34 years agoSeasoned Ace@Zeagles21 I agree with you that zombie mode had no place in this game at all, and I too wonder about how that battle pass is going to work.

with the ability to pick any weapon/gadget 1 (specialist)/ gadget 2 this is the closest thing to balanced that battlefield has ever seen especially with the plus system to customize your gun on the fly

Im a long time BF fan (since 1942) and Im okay with solo/coop and custom Portal full xp and progression. In fact I know a lot that dont care how people lvl up, and I know a lot more that refuse to play because they only want to play genuine custom portal servers. But with the restrictions they wont touch it.

Anyway guys, what is the point of these XP points? you play like a month and you got all the attachments and weapons you need. If you’re coming to play for skins and XP etc. you’re playing it wrong I say. The game itself supposed to give you fun and It does for me for sure. I don’t care how my character looks like etc. I don’t see myself anyway. I’m just trying to understand where does this obsession come from? I’m around 50 years old when I was a child I played lots of computer games and didn’t have the desire to change the character like having a blue ninja instead of a black ninja etc. lol so the game Hass to be interesting instead. If the game is not interesting to you, it is very weird for me that you keep playing to change the looks of your character lol
Edit: i’m going to take this a step further, this character customization obsession is driving the game in the direction it is going. It’s all about micro transactions for a customization.
- Psubond4 years agoLegend@JOGAGATYA microtransactions usually involve a transaction, typically for money. i don't see that here
