I'll preface this by saying that I play a lot of Angel, he is my second highest mastery rank specialist and my most played support. I acknowledge he is flawed, but I try to make him work where I can....

I feel like those who started out with armor should be able to resupply it as well as switch to something else and then back again. There could be a time of 5 minutes or so from when you start with it/resupply it to resupply it again. And they should allow the person who supplydropped to extend access to the supplydrop just a few meters or so via some extension placement to help with access inside places or some sort of mechanical device like ranger or some other robot to bring supply to at least the player that dropped.
