I'm pretty sure EA has pulled funding from DICE. It looks like the beginning of the end for DICE.
JMHO
I was reading suggestions that the 2023 Battlefield game remains in the pipeline, so that seems unlikely.
To the more general point, I can understand a wish for 'news' though I'd think any studio would rather communicate when they have something to communicate about.
Better to get it right than to make promises and under-deliver. 🤭
That's deeply concerning, and given the "quality" of their design thus far you'd think that they might want to get some early feedback to course correct if needed.
But DICE arrogance persists, and they are amazing and can do no wrong and we're all just idiot gamers that don't know anything.
"Trust them, fam"
Seriously, that stupid tweet (and the "brutal exptecations one") are gonna follow DICE for some time, and it should.

It is really difficult to pretend to care while doing anything but, yet just enough but to make it seem like something is being done, but not...
Point being, words are words are words, but actions mean something.
I could care less what they say versus what they do. Yet there is very little do, but a whole lot of doo doo at the moment....

Happy Silent Monday! Let's see if we get the "close" of the feedback loop this week and if it's worth anything, or if it's just more placating BS from DICE while they continue to refuse to engage with the community.
Excited for more silence about the April update as well!

Don't know if this is true, but BF Bulletin has a screenshot from "someone". Have no clue if this is real or not.
