This what I was referring to in the post before it was moved from customs corner for some reason. There seems to be ways to set type of vehicle, but not number for some reason.

Early release is less than two days away. I can't fathom why they would show a neutered Portal nor that they wouldn't have the final version already sorted by now. I'm not expecting anything different upon release from what we see now but I guess we'll find out soon enough. I hope you're right.
You're right. I don't see a way to increase the population of vehicles in the game currently. Perhaps through the logic editor but I'm still trying to familiarize myself with the interface.
