Any way to stop AI from driving in solos?

Every time I'm in solos and grab a vehicle,  I'll park up on a hill or something and shoot one of the guns, and every time a damn AI jumps in and tries driving off. Any way to block them from doing t...

The only way I found was to get out of combat with your vehicle, create a new squad and then try to stay at the spot

    Drive the vehicle out of bounds parallel to the border, you jump out with 2 secs left, they all die, you jump back in.
