Any1 ever get "player banned" confirmation anymore?

Pretty sure you used to get a message whenever someone you reported got banned

But even the accounts that have 60-100% headshot accuracy, I don't receive confirmation, assuming they get a insta ban the second anyone looks into those players

Then again seeing some of these accounts with hundreds of hours has me thinking does Dice actually really act on hackers anymore?

Think I answered my own question just then, re-checked one of these accounts that I reported over 6 months ago has activity from 17 jan.....

@doubleome BF bans are more of a guideline, than a rule ;-) I'm sure that the rank 23 who (an hour ago) killed me from across the other side of the map with his G57 iron sights whilst I was sliding, was just super-skilled :-)
  • @doubleome I’ve never seen that in any of the BF games? Can you imagine if 127 players all report one player, all 127 would get an email? I’m not saying it couldn’t be done, just it’s not in my experience.
  • I think the email is now more “we have taken action against this player but can’t go into details”

I got those previously but now nothing,

At this stage it is what it is we will never be 100% free of those who have no skill and need to buy game enhancements.

The only joy I get is finding out where they are jump in a ram and run them over 😂

My guess is that players don't get banned anymore. Not sure why. I even created a thread, asking how to properly report players if the usual methods are not working:

    https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Q-CM-What-is-the-correct-and-effective-way-to-report-cheaters/m-p/13419912#M190773

And the answer basically was, to keep reporting the suggested -- and ineffective -- way.

I am tracking some cheaters I reported in Battlefieldtracker and they have 60%-75% HS% and are so obvious cheaters that it is not clear to my why there is no script autobanning those most obvious cheaters at least. They are still active and kill counts increasing even though I reported them several times months ago.

The only explanation is that there are no bans issued at the moment. This makes me rather sad, but at least there are not that many cheaters around that changing server as soon as you have one in your match is not possible (like it is for BF1 for instance).

I received such ten days ago.

  • How long ago was it when you reported the last player?

For me, it's 2 months now that I reported the following two cheaters (I don't name any names, but I guess I can show the stats as proof that they are indeed cheaters) and until last week they were still playing. This week, only one was active, but maybe the second is just taking a break and will return next week.

I asked in another thread and the reply by CMs was: they investigate every report. Maybe, but iff they do that, then they surely either don't ban players or are not able to determine if someone is cheating, even given such impossible stats.

I've received the same email, but different outcome. The EA staff here said otherwise. They don't know, it just shows you the lack of communication within the EA company.

Same at my job too managers will say things before thinking and it ends up being wrong. Only reason BF 2042 was, because of management level not the actual individuals working on the game.
