@ChugKendallFair enough you do have a point in that sense, and i can understand that. We'll have to wait until the beta or release, hopefully they have done lots of good things on that front.
Personally i don't care much for a singleplayer campaign but more for multiplayer. Mostly due to the fact the story in games usually is somewhat boring, there is only a few games that i have really liked the story mode of.

@ChugKendallOh i have been playing a lot of singleplayer games myself, and it has been enjoying for the most part even tough story isn't always the best.
I can completely understand how that would ruin it for you and it's never fun playing with toxic, offensive or players using slurs. There has actually been a few times i had to hide chat in game but that is pretty rare here in my experience at least.
Good thing in this game you will be able to play alone with bots as far as i know. Which is one of the things i am really happy they added back to Battlefield and i am looking forward to it. Great for practice and if you want to enjoy a game by yourself or not having to worry about really good players constantly killing you, making it harder for you to learn the game. Previous titles DICE has made like Battlefront 2015 the bots have been really well made and fun to play with in my opinion, hopefully they will be equally fun in this game as well.
- 4 years ago@klikard I forget whether it was BF1 or BFV, but one of them had really great AI scenarios you could play, with each one having different difficulty levels. I really enjoyed those, and I hope that kind of thing makes an appearance in BF2042.

@ChugKendallIt was BF5, to be honest i didn't like those too much as it would be much better if it was a regular multiplayer gamemode, but it was the best i could get in terms of playing alone with AI. And in BF2042 i think that you play against AI in regular multiplayer gamemodes from what i have understood it.
