Appeal it, and ask for the response to be public (since your claim is public)
You'll either be vindicated or they'll publish exactly what your infraction was, either way it'll stop the speculation.

But, my gosh, this is just embarrassing. It's like the game has been checking off boxes for every possible way to make itself an issue for everyone. I was enjoying myself, so it said, "You know what? Eff it, just take the whole damn thing away from him."
I mean, hey, if they don't want me to play their game, it's not like there isn't a plethora of competition out there. The 2020 lockdown flood of delayed games is going to hit this holiday season.
