"elevated terrain by the spawn" sounds a lot like like "give me a place to camp and shell objectives from long range" to me

@PsubondYou tend to interpret things wrongly as I have seen from your answers to all nice people here on the threads I read today, including one to me in the past about the April update. It seems like you are here everyday, and you have nothing better to do.
As for your concern, no, it is not for me to spawn camp. I am not making suggestions to adjust the game to my own taste. I touched on the spawn camping subject in the post, and you still missed the point.
A hill to oversee the last flag is a defensive option for a team being overwhelmed. It does not allow for a tank to do anything else if it stays there. In general, a hill is a place to hide and fix the tank, like the helicopters and air planes do around buildings. It can be a building, a bridge, an overpass or a rock, it doesn't matter. This game has had the lack of cover discussed extensively already, and is the subject of two maps redesign. The lack of cover affects tanks too, and looks like I cannot be wrong on this one, as the lack of cover issue is unanimous.
Now focus on the subject when you interact in the forums.- Psubond4 years agoLegend

Now focus on the subject when you interact in the forums. If you put a hill at a spawn overlooking an objective tanks and snipers will camp there. That is a fact and has been proven over and over in every battlefield game. I didn't miss the point you thought you were making, you didn't articulate it. You said that you wanted elevated positions in the spawn for tanks to shoot into objectives (you may think you clearly stated your point but your grasp of the English language may not be as good as you think it is).

I did not say that "I want" a hill. I "want" nothing. Your interpretation in English is not spot on. You may have read it well, but you mixed what is written with what you thought I wanted. This reality is just in your mind.
I said that tanks will be weaker or irrelevant and solutions are needed. I mentioned Rao, Sundance, jets, damage, movement. Following your line of interpretation, someone could here say that I wanted Rao to have his ability removed or jets out of the game. It all started when you thought that I play as a tanker. In English, it is called bias, or that you put words in my mouth.
I did articulate the point well enough. As you can see, two pages later you are still the only one who did not focus on the point that *tanks will be weaker*, and you did not articulate any counter point against it, and you did not provide any solution (said hill or whatever) to compensate. You brought snipers to the conversation...
I guess that if write "place to hide" instead of hill you will be happy. You are so bound to disagree with people that you forgot to compare the issue of said hill at the spawn to the blocks on the spawn in Kaleidoscope, buildings and cranes everywhere in all the maps. So you also missed consistency and logic, which are not an English issue. But I do understand that it is hard to read longer sentences and a text with a Flesch-Kincaid grade of over 13, and I will try to not draw analogies and write more than a few lines next time. Or maybe you think that I should have written "you interpret things 'wrong'" instead of "you interpret things 'wrongly'". Anyway you do have to drop your bias and put word on people's mouths.
