Has anyone else noticed a rise in hackers?Over the past few days i have been noticing a few more hackers in the game.Mostly aimbots as their kills are hugeAs soon as they become a huge problem this game is going to die off fast, crossplay players will just block pc playersESP is going to be a problem to notice due to paiks wallhackOn 3 or 4 games the past few days ive noticed players with huge kills,Players on server have less than 10 kills but hackers have 30-40 within a few minutes of the game startingThere are cheat sites offering hacks but not sure if they are active as a lot of them stopped supporting hacks when the game died off for a whileAre hackers actively being banned still?Also i have noticed sites are telling others how to Disable EAC ingame now so that wont help

yep there plenty of them am afraid And please don’t say” I haven’t seen any” because you only see the rage hackers and they are absolutely the minority!

@emerson1975 Exactly, no one cheats like that anymore.The consistency of the absurd shots people have landed on me makes me wonder at times. The networking feels off too though. Until that’s rock solid it’ll be hard to know for sure who’s hacking, unless they’re being very blatant.

Yup, i think cheats (aimbot/WH/ESP/Damagehack) has increased alot, itsvery notable on the new map (season 2), were cheaters are drawn to the tight inhouse closecombat maps (same as in BF4/BF3 Metro, and Op Locker) were no vehicles can interupt their goal... (K/D). The large amount of lowranks/newbies in the ranks of 10-70 (who dont even use Paik!) and often already have 2-3 "redplates" often dominates the field of battle.I think the coders couldnt sell their 2042 cheats (2042 is not that popular) and just let it go freely for everyone to download (anyone can check this fact, i dont wanna link).EAC which is BF 2042s defense dosent seems to work or is very slow to spot and eliminate obvious cheaters, why ? i dunno, EA/Dice dont provide us anything toshow community how many bans (or lack of bans) it provides. Does it even work at all? is it just a "placebo" protection? Maby im a bit conspirathoric, but this is my thoughts.

At least with the previous games. You could server hop. Here? You can't even do that. You'll always end up in the same games, with the same perpetrators.They clearly learned nothing from their Battlefront releases. Persistent servers and a browser should have been implemented months ago!This is just another example of how poorly they're handling this product. Nothing else.

@emerson1975Where did I write something about a K/D < 1 (I guess this is what you mean by negative?).I wrote that "K/D is a bad indicator to detect cheaters -- if taken on its own".Of course the K/D of cheaters is better than it would be if they were not cheating. But I have seem clear cheaters (wallhackers) in older titles that I have spectated and that were obviously cheating and still ended with an average K/D of 2 or 3. And I myself have rounds where I have a K/D of 10 (not many, but sometimes it happens) and I am not cheating (not even with the official Paik cheats).

@OskooI_007 use the EAC link below and choose BF2042 in the drop down menu to report any information on what is being used. Still try to report them using the in game system as well.

The cheats were available even on the beta so it’s just a case of using them when they could be bothered to play the game.
I feel for the console users to be fair, they shouldn’t have to put up with this!

Last night i had a normal rush game mode even the 2 mavs on the first 2 mcomcs crap.

But on the 2rd set of mcoms my team took out the mavs but then a death wav started i am like ???

So i was on the catwalk took out one user then boop dead NTW50 oh ok probably was a up close shot yeah its powerful but at range is not a guaranteed one shot. Nope long range shot with that fancy Russian sight no scope glint.

I spawn back in gotten taken out again in the red out line the user was having a spaze attack like those old lock on mods. I try for a 3rd time but nope got owned through a wall.

If you showed your elbow hair tip out of cover you would die by this professional 2042 player

And yeah maybe this person is amazing or using cronus zen who knows just felt off to me.

at then end we won they never took over the 3rd set of mcoms even though this person went over 30k 0 deaths.

@InS_Hypno Ah yes sense this was normal then again you probably need a advantage in game and support this.

Just like cod there are those out in the www that will say it has 0 cheaters 0 issues till they die of oxygen from yelling that.

@tom_looken What can I say. You got the warning shot. The NTW50 is almost always a one shot kill weapon.

@DaveTheBrave_USA That is what i said up close yeah one shot but long range its not and for me that scope has glint also i need 2 shots to kill at range with the ntw30 unless its a headshot.

Watch the video im not yelling hacker hacker but that person knew everyone's location and did that lock on spaze along with taking me out through a wall.

@tom_lookenUp close ? Doesn't the NTW require 2 body shots after 150m only ? I mean, u totally were in the one shot range imho, and nothing seems strange with the guy that killed you tbth. For the "taking me out through a wall " part, it could be a server compensation problem, as it happens to me all the damn time too.
I personally did not see this many hackers while playing, and I'm not very good at the game (add to that the fact that S2 destroyed my gameplay by getting me one shoted all the time, the terrible hitreg and getting killed through cover, and you have my gaming experience on this game LMAO).

@sirusvirus1 I have a similar feeling, but what do I know, is it intentional, is it bug, is some glitching or exploiting, or is crossplay, or just a 3rd party skill enhancer.
It is so hard to tell with this game.
