You can't deny that there's quite a few companies selling products that are specifically designed to reduce recoil. Xim, Cronus, and Strike packs are all very common devices. Look at how many review and comments there are on YouTube. Those devices are selling, so people are obviously using them. You can't be in denial about that.
I'm not sure why you're trying to deny those devices exist and that plenty of people are using them. That was the point of this thread.

You’ve got a chip on your shoulder about PC vs console I think. PC players can use those devices as well. I’m just sharing what I know. Don’t take it so personally. People are sketchy on all platforms.- 3 years ago
First off, nothing is rampant in this game outside of performance issues. Modded controllers are a thing, and yes people use them. Just watch videos of zero recoil on weapons all over YouTube. However, those are "legal" and not banned or detectable, so that is the environment you have to operate in.

What’s your definition of rampant? How many people are actually using these devices? It’s hard to say without any actual statistics.
You’re probably right, but you can’t exactly assume anything either.
