Are wing suits and grapple hooks going to wreck the game
I personally don't like them and think they are going to be a really bad gimmick in the game

Only one way to find out.
We had kind of similar grapple systems in Hardline and the wingsuit is basically just an upgraded parachute so I don't think it will be too bad

Maybe its time that we also get a modern net gun, so we can shoot down those pesky flying enemies mid air and they fall to their certain deaths? 🙂

That would actually be quit cool and look amazing.
If we only had some tool that could punch holes in that wingsuit (or it's wearer) but travelled much faster than a net hooked to bolas, then we could stop it from ruining the game.
Got to think this over a bit.

If we don't go for the net gun, then another option could be AA-fire balls shot from a gadget. Having a huge fireball erupt midair where those wingsuit guys will be flying through will melt their nylon suits instantly around them, so they will drop to the ground looking like 180 pounds of vacuum sealed raw meat ! 🙂
