Attachment Options Locked
For some reason the new weapon attachments on the Portal weapons are all locked despite having met the criteria for them, so I am unable to equip those weapons with say, the extended magazines and so on.

Completely finish and/or exit out of the game to see of they show up in the armory - if that doesn't work try restarting the game and maybe wait an hour or two for the server to sync. With the new season ans patch hitting there might be a few hiccups, unfortunately.
If nothing shows up later in the day you might need to contact support though -- If others report thr same issues in the meantime, it could get escelated.
