Agreed. I've used the helicopters since BFBC1 and the last time I used a helicopter in a BF game was BF4. BF3 and BF4 just felt RIGHT... not sure why they chose to reinvent the wheel here. The flight model and controls are seem subpar when even compared to other arcade-style helicopters in games like Rising Storm 2 Vietnam or GTA V.
They really need to get rid of them or make them easier to kill.

This is a REALLY old post to comment on regarding vehicle physics, they've somewhat changed since 2021. But they still kind of fly like floating bricks.
