@c6d3ebb723bdb4a0One of biggest concerns in 2042 is having to rely on teammates to drop ammo crates. This was fine in bf3 cause any support was forced to carry an ammo crate (only gadget for that slot no other choice) so find a support he always has ammo, now get him to drop it (I never had a problem then). In 2042 find an angel, falack, or Irish, shoot at them, hit request ammo, they drop med crate or claymore, or angels little ammo pouch. No ammo CRATE. WE NEED RESUPPLY POINTS ABOVE MOST THINGS. Even if their only at the deployment, at least I know where to get some no matter the distance, I'll make the journey. Now if I need AT or AA if I can't find ammo crate/angels big box, just redeploy as close as possible. Or work with a friend of mine. We both play Crawford and run recoiless.
In BFV this was one thing I absolutely treasued. Those resupply points were gold mines and I think this is why slower tanks were forced to stay back at their resupply points. Hit a tank with everything I got then resupply it all with 1 press of the bottom. I think it was balanced too cause the armored vehicles were so powerful but some were extremely slow. These resupply points plus fortifications were the best additions to the franchise. I assumed 2042 would definitely have at least the resupply cache.
