Ban on BF2042

Good morning everyone I recently had my account compromised, managed to get it back through EA support and turned on app verification, mail all this. however I came to find out that I am banned in Battlefield 2042. I was a subscriber to EA play pro, and had recently purchased Bf from origin. When talking to EA again, they told me I had to contact easy anticheat support. So I did, already 3x. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to respond? Or what else can I do? thank you

    I have no idea how long it will take to be honest.  I guess a lot depends on how your account was compromised and what happened with your account while it was compromised.  Though EA support helped getting you back up and running Easy Cheat is a separate entity Im pretty sure.  How they will proceed is definitely an unknown.  Im not sure how much cooperation there is between EA and Easy Cheat when it comes to claims such as yours.
