Ban VPN use please it is form of cheating

I have notice a lot of lag and this is right before I get shot by someone else . I know this is caused by using VPN .Using VPN is a form of cheating and you shouldn't even be able to use it . Yes it should be banned . I wasn't sure where to put this so I put it here, When using VPN it puts every one else on a delay sort of and when a lot are using it ,it cause you to lag and then vpn users take advantage of the lag and it is  easy kills for them . You may try to move but they see u as standing still bang you dead and sometimes you don't even see them until you die and they were right in front of you . They can try to fool you and say it is something else but it is not it is 100% using VPN. If a lot of people are using it and I believe this is where most of server lag is coming from. You can make it that VPN users are not allowed to play and I am not sure why they don't . I see it lagging so bad when you go to shoot it changes weapons instead of shooting but then I know the  guy shooting me is running a vpn .There are sings but it is like it is covered up .Does EA want this .I know 90% of your streamers are doing this but that is not going anywhere because they stick up for each other the video gaming creator code. So why don't they just ban it so you can't use it . If you have a use for it ,it would only be cheating and that goes against your fair play rules. They also use vpn to get on different country servers but it is still what it is a form of cheating .I believe if people are aware of this something will be done other then me leaving a game when I notice it .
