Ban

Hi I got 3,550 hours of game play on bf2042 then last month I get ban I send in video clips that I'm not cheating about 15 case tickets I put in and I just get told that they are not going to unban me

We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums.

If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, only our Terms of Service team can take another look by creating an appeal with these steps.

If you've already created multiple appeals and the ToS team has declined to remove the penalty, I'm afraid that would be final and not something that can be removed here or through any other channels.

Same got banned 3 days ago and was weird cause didn´t use anything, don´t have the need for it. Play it casual with a friend from time to time, did 2 matches and telling me i got banned for no reason whatsoever! Played 2 games on that day and both games i did so bad that think did around 10 kills total and thats beeing generous as i spent most of the time as a sniper with the thinghie that goes in the air to see targets for the team!

Super weird. They also should specify what got it to ban so u don´t play other EA games and get banned as well but unfortunately they don´t seem to do it because they want u to waste your money buying their games to then apparently ban you for no reason! At this point i wont play other games from this company or buy any other games from them because of this bad experience. Rather play games that have a good support system and actually persons that look into it with real eyes not automated messages that seems to be what everyone is getting about violated ToS point 6 from what i have been reading on.

Hello everyone, my account was also banned, after 2 standard unsubscribes when filing an appeal I was forbidden to create a new tick. The account was banned on April 29, there are a lot of games on it, and I play bf2042 since the release, greetings from RU banned players.

EA has had new problems in the past month. I have not received any response or even no response when I file a dispute. Many players have experienced this.

If you have already disputed a suspension or ban then all you can do is wait for a response. This can sometimes take some time. As there is nothing further we can do here on the forum for you and as this thread has been inactive for several months now I am going to go ahead and close it off.
