Maps on 2042

GIVE US OPTION TO CHOOSE MAPS IN BF 2042 !!!!

Yes. I just quit with a solid party tonight after playing the same map twice in a row being defenders on El Alamein which is the most god awful breakthrough map in history next to battle of the bulge and exposure. Hard to care about playing at all when the game chooses the worst maps over and over again

I've merged two of your threads together as they seemed to be about the same thing. 

Feedback is passed to Dice by the EA staff here, but that doesnt necessarily mean that changes will be made afterwards of course. 

While it's not perfect, there is a server browser with filters in the Portal side of the game. It might be worth seeing if you can find what you want there. 

Why to go on Portal servers????  I want to choose regular maps !

I don't want to choose. I think auto-map rotation is way better for this game and its overall design.

You can choose regular maps in Portal, and there's possibly servers running them in the browser. Also, if you're not averse to playing on your own, there's also solo/coop, which allows map selection. 

Unfortunately, Dice are not going to change the matchmaking system for the game at this point, as the live service has ended.

Auto-rotation is better!? Are u serious ? You work for EA ? 

Only 2042 don't have option for choosing maps. That is one of the reason why nobody wants to play it. 

If u have right , why put choosing map on BF6 and all other BF games.

How many people love El Amien and some other maps!?

I see that many are still playing it, including me, enjoying at the same time the auto-rotation as a precious element of the overall game experience.
