I use multiple background apps (discord/MSI afterburner/process lasso) and never been banned.

What were you banned for?

Hey @Nikl51,

As mentioned by @LOLGotYerTags a few posts back; unfortunately the teams are unable to help with these cases here via the forums. If your friend says to have a sanction on their account, I recommend that you tell them to follow the above-mentioned steps.

@Anonymous I had issues with the Corsair iCue services running on my system, that denied me to start any EAC title.
The "You are banned because I say so" attitude of EAC isn't helping either side. It makes "false positive" detection nearly impossible.

as easy anti cheat is owned by Epic games

@kregora Is it the just the lighting service you are dissabling or all of the corsair services?

@Nikl51Don’t look for guys anymore, I’m still banned, after 4 months of battle always get the same answer written by a robot.

This was the last EA purchase for me, I will never give money to EA again.

We were chatting on the Answere forum to find a solution to recover our accounts, as your support is paid to send automatic messages without any verification.
