I wrote to them about this situation, they said that they would sort it out and so they unbanned me.

They just decline my disputes without any text or reason :-(
3 times i recieved a bot answer in the form of "what means this" and case declined, makes no sense.. no one at ea are able to help, this sucks

I was able to get my account unbanned again, idk how. I suggest going to LinkedIn and finding individuals that work at EA and messaging them.
