Banned for no reason today!

I forgot to add no software changes no hardware changes i play for 3-4 years with the same setup already. 

This seems to be happening a lot now - I sympathise, but EA are not very helpfull on bans...!

I was also banned for no reason I have no software or anything I won't even know were to being with that stuff I just got the game accouple days ago to play with my buddy's and now I cant even play I have played since BF3 I don't understand I have been constantly contacting support even giving my steam Xbox and psn account to check and see that I have never been banned on any game I've played

Same.  Something is broke.
Hadn't played for a while, jumped on for a few games, banned.
Nothing in my stats or game play could possibly trigger a ban (sadly)
Currently awaiting a decision on my appeal.
There has been a few of these recently.

I'm really sorry, but other than giving you somewhere to vent (which is absolutely fine), there isn't anything that can be done to overturn a ban here, unfortunately. 

If you haven't already, create an appeal with the Terms of Service team so they can investigate in the hopes that they'll revoke the ban. It's not guaranteed but you do get three chances at an appeal, so it could be worthwhile.

let me know what they come back with, they are not letting me appeal anything anymore after my 3rd appeal, I also tried the BBB going bakc in forth with them. I was banned on April 7th UTC 2:06 AM which is April 6th 7:06PM Pacific time, this is when I logged off lol...

the response from BBB today. They didn't close the case but EA did.

I was banned on 20 April and have logged several complaints. I have never cheated nor done anything remotely in line with cheating. I've played BF for 10+ years and was banned for no just or fair reason. Until now I have been unable to get my account unbanned as well. If you manage to get it unbanned, please let me know
