Banned from battlefield for no reason

I was wrongly banned from battlefield 2042 for "cheating" on 12/3. I can understand a false positive ban and don't mind waiting to be unbanned after a week or so, but today I just got a customer experience email telling me that I will be staying banned. I payed for the ultimate edition just to be banned from battlefield around a few weeks after it's release. What do I even do? I am going to keep emailing them to try to get unbanned but is there anything else I can do to help me get unbanned or am I just at the mercy of ea. I have no reason to cheat as I am not that low of a person and don't even know where to get them. This is extremely infuriating due the fact that the ultimate edition is a lot of money for most people including me.

Sorry mate, we unfortunately don't have the tools on AHQ to help you with ban related issues and you'll need to contact the ToS team directly - check this link out for more info https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/. It's recommended you wait for a response before trying to open another request ticket to help speed up the process

Hope you enjoy the Ultimate Edition's exclusive art work and sound track, because it was definitely a very high price for that then...

@CyberDyme Nobody enjoys the soundtrack. It's just nails on a chalkboard...

Anyways... doubt the forum can help with this issue. Only thing to do is contact EA

Contacting EA won't help either.
You will just get the standard text that they checked your account (yeah, sure...) and decide that they did nothing wrong.
The Forum may at least lead to some attention.
Just be sure: you are not alone.

Why do people always come to the forums to say this stuff? It's makes me 100% more suspicious of them the warzone forums were full of these posts too lol
Contact support they deal with these issues not everyday users

I do not know. I do not remember seeing anything like this in a BF forum.
It seems a little strange.
We have not had a working AC since BF4, so maybe EAC is working or there is a problem.

I can relate. My account was wrongly banned for "cheating" too, on the same day. I went through the process of appealing the ban and they came back with a confirmation that the ban will stay after their investigation. They gave some vague reasons for why they may have banned the account, of which, I am guilty of none.
I wont buy any other EA games if this ban isn't reversed, which is sad because I really like them. I suspect that the system that flagged my account has bugs too, just like the game. For all I know whatever caused them to ban me could happen again and I would still have no clue why they banned me. They don't have anything to lose by banning me since they already have my money for the game + the season pass.
I understand why OP posted here. They don't give people a chance. I would happily show them anything on my computer that they wanted to see to prove that there was some mistake. I hope we can get some justice.

@ThePoopingScav I assume you are a PC player (presumably all these ban threads are as well). Why don’t you just get a console? I switched from PC for BF4 and do not regret it at all. I got sick of the PC cheating and the expense of upgrading computers to the latest and greatest (a console costs less than a graphics card)
