Solved

Banned with an hour of play time.

Hi everyone. 

I am new to Battlefield, just bought first game 2042. I played it maybe an hour the other night. next day after work and dinner with the family. I jumped back on the keep exploring the game. I am no serious gamer, I have played COD for ever with my Army friends to keep in touch. But the cheating and hacking is too much so I wanted to try something new. 

So I jumped back on the game and no access and I have a ban. I do play on a pc, but im 50, i don't know how to hack, or cheat. I literally play and I suck at it. For entertainment. 

Is there any help or do I just go back to the COD and deal with **bleep**.

    As as been pointed out a couple times here in the thread by  Steeve_BF​  and ElliotLH​  unfortuntately we can't help with bans or suspensions here on the forum.

    If you have already appealed the ban by following the article provided by Steeve_BF​ then all you can do is wait for a response from the folks on our Terms of Service team.

    As there is nothing further we can do here on the forums for you I'm going to close this thread off.

    Thank you, yes I have appealed the decision, but I am seriously at a loss of why. It's the craziest thing.

    Unfortunately, nobody here will be able to tell you the exact reason for the ban either. It'd just be guesses since there isn't anyone on the forums who can access the necessary information. 

    However, the general reason should have been stated in the notification email that EA's ToS team sent to your linked email address, or by requesting your player data from EA Help. 

    I wish you the best of luck with the appeal.
