How did I get banned when I wasn't doing anything? You guys may not believe me, but still I literally did nothing. Could the EAC track my Co-op KD ratio, (which would usually be 60-20 on highest difficulty), thought it was suspicious and banned me? Or did they think I was bot farming? I was doing a all nighter yesterday with my buddies when playing some portal, and some AOW, and I earned a whopping 2 levels while doing a all nighter with portal. Could that be the reason? Well either way they aren't telling me what I cheated for, cause I definitely did not boost at all. How would it even be a boost when I were playing against AI on the highest difficulty, and earning 2 levels just by playing custom portal gamemodes in the featured games list?

alright cool, EA responded and got me unbanned. Somebody compromised my account when I was asleep, guessing some hacker in europe. Sent them my EA Data and msinfo, confirmed my account got hacked and sent me a password reset. I did all of that, checked my ban, and it got overturned.

Just curious, but did you play any of the regular competitive MP, or only the coop/solo/portal PvE?

I have played some AOW, but the stuttering was just getting really annoying even with my 2070, and a i7 9700k, so I just decided to enjoy the game in Co-op. I did do some hazard zone with my friends, but since they mostly play AOW I play by myself in Co-op.

@KaishaJacob Are you on PC? If so did you have any other programs besides Origin and Steam running in the background?

A lot of people seems to be getting banned on PC because of certain other things running at the same time even if you are not using them to cheat.

With how much people were complaining about cheating before you can't really blame them for not wanting to take any chances with it happening here even if there has to be a rule where the game has to be the Only thing running on the PC at the time.

I've had razer cortex so I can clear up my ram since the memory leak gets annoying after sometimes, I've had razer synapse for the lighting, discord, msi afterburner, geforce overlay, and thats about it.

That's a very bad suggestion since players use various programs such as Discord, Steam, Origin, monitoring programs, GeForce Experience, recording programs, etc

Looks like I got banned for "Gameplay_Enhancement" even though I was just playing against PvE bots...Like wtf? Why would I get banned for something they made in their own game.

@BigShottt No idea, all I know is that gameplay enhancement is directly responded to PvE Ai Bots I was talking about earlier. If they mean attachment farming, why add them in the first place anyways? I play coop to have fun without toxic players, not get banned over some gamemode where they enabled attachment farming and they get you banned for it.

Ohhh, so then you were using an exploit found on the game? Such as where you lay down on the building in Kaleidoscope where they wont shoot at you?
Or, were you using some sort of game cheat software you found?
