Battle pass missing

Anyone else having the issue of not having the battle pass or weekly missions available

      same.  restarting game 5x did nothing.  full reboot of xbox one fixed it.  seems this isn't isolated to one platform

    I went 15-0 in a tank on flashpoint conquest earlier - end of round I didn’t get any progress on the vehicle kills mission despite it being active
