Battlefiel 2042 Player Selection

Honestly, I'm sick of games where my team feels like bots are playing, only the players have nicknames without AI prefixes
Why can't you just collect player stats, such as KDA, average score, overall, summarize the players' efficiency ratios, and use that data to assemble squads and teams?
I believe that such a selection of players would make the games quality, equal, with tough and equal competition between teams. When I get into such a game, it doesn't matter so much whether I win or lose, there is a feeling afterwards that I just played a great game.
Well, alas, it's too late to discuss such a change for a part that is no longer supported, but I extremely hope that such a fair selection of players will be in the new part. I realize that it will increase the search time - let it, I'm willing to wait 5 minutes if every game I play is 5+
