The form doesn't allow us to select the same numeric value for multiple gadgets. For example, I might feel that more than one of those gadgets "doesn't need improvement". But the form will only let me chose that for a single gadget.

Which is extremely stupid since 2 or more gadgets can have the same level of performance to the individual player. The survey said rate each gadget 1-10 not rate each gadget 1-10 in a depth chart.

I thought the one word discription was ill advised.
This is about a game, from a gaming community of a game with 20 years history. If I was working on 2042 I wouldn't want to see anything that is on the Steam store page or forums as it is pure Steam Community that I personally want no part of and they have more than one word to work with.
I would expect that inviting this one word statement is highly unlikely to garner much in the way of kind, positive or constructive, unless of course that was the objective.
They couldn't even get the survey right ?
