Any clue how we'll be able to pre-load if we didn't order through Origin? I bought mine through Gamestop, but don't have a code yet and probably won't until the 12th.

I bought the gold version, but can't preload my copy. It says to check my internet connection. My internet is fine, i tried to uninstall the origin client and install it again but still the same problem. Is anyone else able to preload it?

Yes, same issue. For me it seems that my payment did not go though in the first pre-order. I ordered again and now downloads fine. Check if you have received mail from EA indicating issues with your payment...this could be the cause of it.
...just don't forget to claim back the first payment you made already for the pre-order which did not allow you to download the game :-).
