@BuzzyBenjii a lot of us are. One side says it's IP issue and the other side says it's account issue. No one really knows what's going on. Pretty sure the servers are either maxed out or down due to number of pre-loads....but that's just my thoughts. I'm just going to try again tomorrow.

    so for info I managed to solve by cancelling my pre-order and re-ordering right after now I manage to download

      @T4kumi10 Was the status of your pre order stuck in the processing stage? Cause that's where mine is.

        yes I still have access to the game from the 12th
