so for info I managed to solve by cancelling my pre-order and re-ordering right after now I manage to download

    @T4kumi10 Was the status of your pre order stuck in the processing stage? Cause that's where mine is.

      Perhaps worth posting a thread on your pre-load issue and supply the answer by yourself.

        is this the screen you got when you cancelled?  cause I don't want to lose out on everything....
