so for info I managed to solve by cancelling my pre-order and re-ordering right after now I manage to download

      is this the screen you got when you cancelled?  cause I don't want to lose out on everything....

        I cancelled the purchase and waited a few minutes to be sure of the cancellation and then reordered, but I had some problems with my credit card, so I went through paypal and had no problems
