As these are the minimum & recommended specs to run the BF2042 Beta and "Windows 10" is mentioned, i think it should be at least Win10 ro run it.
So i think with a newer version like Windows 11 you should be good to go. (would be weird if it wouldn't)

Both AMD and Nvidia have released windows 11 release drivers that include BF2042 tweaks, so it's probably fair to say it will work just fine.
(and windows 10/11 purely on the gaming feature side are identical for now)
