Battlefield 2042 Crossplay I need to know before I pre-order.

I live in smaller region and I am forced to crossplay is there a opt out PC crossplay I've heard that this is not going to be an option is that true. I have a series X can I buy the Xbox One version ...

I spunked the extra on Gold specifically for the cross gen bundle, it now appears I didn't need to.....

@Trokey66 That would admittedly be a downside. Probably be a faff but could you get a refund for the Gold one?

Not impressed with such misdirection from EA's side here, just to pocket a few extra bucks from each one of us...
From literally hundreds of thousands of customers across the globe.
Questionable business integrity will be a subject for the next shareholder meeting, as this is not the way we want to earn our money.
