@CloverDeuce I believe it's in Ancient Greek. There's more writing on his knuckles, too.
You can technically use the characters to represent numbers, similar in kind to Roman numerals.
The ∠ symbol is noticeably larger, and I found that it means 1/2 in Ancient Greek.
Below are what I think the symbols are. Perhaps when you combine them, a number gets formed, at least for what's on the thumb.
+ Thumb: Zeta, Tau, 1/2, eta or Pi, Pi
+ Knuckles: Lambda, tau, nu

You can find a lot of random EE clues by simply browsing the officially released Battlefield 2042 art/images (a huge compilation can be found here: https://magazine.artstation.com/2021/11/battlefield-2042-art-blast/). Most of the published images seem to have made its way into the game (i.e. most aren't merely concept art). There may be more Easter eggs and clues that may have been missed among all the published images/artwork, but here are some of the ones that were discovered:

This is more of an honorable mention, but in the scoreboard preview image for Update 0.3.3, you can see some names actually reference some IRL people, as well as fictional characters.

FYI, there's a new container on Manifest that only appears on full xp servers. The location is shown on the map (last image).
The container doors are slightly ajar but unbudging, thus they can't be fully opened as of yet. There is either a missing "key" or the EE hasn't been activated yet.

Das ist ein easter Egg für season 4 du kannst dadurch ein englisches Kind bekommen das ist App besteht aus vier Teilen du fängst an auf speerspitze und dann gehst du auf manifest da kommt auch der Container drinne vor den kannst du öffnen und dann musst du auf Kontakt gehen dort zwei Aufgaben erledigen und zum Schluss gehst du zu Umbruch muss dort zwei Aufgaben erledigen und am Ende bekommst du ein Angel skin und nach jeder erledigte Aufgabe noch eine Visitenkarten also 4 Insgesamt
