@SterlingARCH3R Reminds me of Hardline for some reason.
On HZ, when data drive satellites crash down, you may hear the following quotes below. These may simply be a rare RNG audio EE that plays, or perhaps there's more to them.

34. "-420" when you die in a big vehicle
When you and your large vehicle gets destroyed, during the kill cam, a "+ -420" HP status will flash very quickly. It's not clear what the exact meaning behind it is, as you're not as "high" in ground vehicles as you are in aircrafts, though you're definitely "wasted" when you die (yet that would also be true of specialists on foot and in smaller vehicles).
@SterlingARCH3R This little hidden factoid could explain a lot about the current state the game because 420 is a slang for marijuana use, cannabis celebrations on April 20th, and/or just smoking it around 4:20 p.m. I guess it could give a whole new meaning to when you get “wasted/smoked” by someone in game. OMG! I my tank was just 420ed - LoL!
@SeriousJuJu Interesting, I see that it appears for the MAV as well. So maybe you're right in that it's not that it's "high", but rather that it's "wasted"? Not sure, I could be completely wrong with it, but I don't think it's a coincidence. I don't know the specific meaning behind it, if it only appears for "big" vehicles.

37. Canal Blocker charm
Tier 27 of Season 1 is the Canal Blocker charm. This is an IRL reference to the "Ever Given" Evergreen ship that blocked the Suez Canal on 23 March 2021, and subsequently brought global trade to a halt.

I found a hidden drone control on Arica Harbor. It will launch a drone equipped with Laser Guided Missiles and a machine gun.

42. "Lars" the baby penguin-orca hybrid
This strange hybrid animal was spotted in a penguin colony on Breakaway. We know this to be a baby based on the hint provided by DICE senior dev Niklas Astrand's Tweet: https://twitter.com/NiklasAstrand/status/1476900668099239939. It's an RNG EE and it appears that the odds of finding it were increased significantly starting with Season 1. The video and images of the strange sighting can be found below:

This one's an honorable mention, which is similar in vein to the Arica Harbor documents and signs. On each of the maps, you may come across a pile of papers, with a header on the top paper that reads "Spotting Errors". It turns out that this is an exact copy of the English competency portion of the 2013 Indian CDS exam for officers and Academy applicants IRL.
Some of you may know of the late Leonardo (better known as "Mighty"), a huge fan of the Battlefield series. EA/DICE was kind enough to include his name not only in the credits, but also as an AI bot, "COL. L. MIGHTY". It is very rare to come across his name, and I for one have yet to see it. But, after (apparently over 200) hours of searching, Mighty's father finally found him in the game:

51. M249 SAW - 1942-2042 & Dev's birthday
On the M249 SAW, a BF3 Portal weapon, you can see that the serial number is "194200-204200", which obviously refers to BF1942 and BF2042. Moreover, the manufacture # is 09281991 - I'd wager that this is the developer's birthday, and seeing as how it's in MMDDYYYY format (month, day, then year is the standard date order in the USA), I'd guess that it's the birthday of someone from Ripple Effect Studios.
24 d) BF3 SOFLAM
On the BF3 variant of the SOFLAM, there's a QR code that'll take you to the Google search result for "SOFLAMLASER MARKER SYSTEM" [sic].

This one's added to Honorable Mentions in post #6 under J. 2042 PAC vs 2142 PAC.
The "White Lotus" decal has a strong resemblance to the BF2142 logo for the Pan-Asian Coalition (second image below), and may be a reference to that future faction.
61. Opening Cinematic
a) Bad Company, BF1, & BF2 - In the game's opening cinematic, there's a reference to Bad Company, BF1, and BF2. It's difficult to see with how quick and cluttered everything is, but you can find it in the following gif made available by the creators of the cinematic.
b) UFO - There's mention of a US Navy satellite named "UFO-10". It may be a coincidence, but could these be the satellites that crash land in HZ? As we saw in #37, there's a rare occurrence when the announcer claims that UFOs are crash landing (these are the capsules with the data drives). Perhaps all of the capsules are designated as "UFO" followed by a number.

64) YUM!
On Flashpoint CQ Large objective D (Construction Tunnel), go to the small construction building near where the big hole in the ground is. Inside, look up - you'll find a small note attached to the ceiling that reads "YUM!". Not sure what that's referring to...

Salvo Industries is the company shown on the label of the "K+2" box.
The company name refers to DICE 3D Artist Sebastian Salvo.

66. RPK-74M - Frostbite and EA logos
On the newly released RPK-74M Vault weapon for AoW, the Frostbite and EA logos can be seen on one side of the magazine.
