It looks like the dino toy is at or near the same spot in the new Stadium map on objective C1. This is the same T-Rex toy that you see at the beginning of the BF2042 short film, "Exodus", which Irish picks up to give to his adopted son, Omar. It's also seen at the beginning of the SP Mission 7, "Thunder Run" in BF3.
Another notable find are the 8 Arkangel laptops. We don't yet know if they serve an EE purpose, but it's something to look out for.
And, this one's more of an honorable mention, as it's not technically unexpected, i.e. real life references to items, companies, people, etc. in and of themselves aren't sufficient to be called EEs (or else say, all guns would be EEs for referencing IRL weapons). Here, the BF2042 universe's America United News (AUN) network has its tagline modeled after the IRL PBS TV station in the USA. That's the same station that airs/aired children's programs such as "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood" and "Sesame Street", as well as content for older audiences such as "PBS NewsHour" and Ken Burns' "The Vietnam War" series. The flavor text that can be seen during the loading screen is inspired by PBS's tagline shown in the video below.
79. Sharknado, Part 1
In the Store, last week's "Prehistoric King" bundle was made available. Today, on Tuesday 21 May 2024, the description changed, which includes details reminiscent of the BF4 megalodon EE trigger requirement:
The bundle's image is set on the North side of the Orbital map, on the beach right by the space shuttle. The sign in French that reads, "No Swimming" is a further clue that it's on the Orbital map, as that map is located in French Guiana.
There, you may or may not see the same sign above, along with the BF4 "PS85" labeled buoy just off the coast and out of bounds. Their appearance is believed to be dependent on whether or not there's rain or a storm brewing in the game. As such, continue to restart the server until there is rain at the start of the server. Note that the sign is destructible but the buoy is not.
Next, pickup the radio at B1 and return to the beach. Right by the sign, an interact button will appear that lets you place the radio down.
Once placed, interact with the radio, and a Morse code message plays::
SOS.SHARKBITOURSTERN.BOATTOOSMALL.FINDREMOTESACTIVATESCANNER
or, "SOS Shark bit our Stern. Boat too small. Find removes activate scanner"

Then, you will need to collect four interactable laptops strewn throughout the map on A2, B2, C2, and on the platform leading up to the space shuttle (more details and better pics on the BFEE Discord). Once you pick up the laptops, they will automatically teleport over to the beach by the sign.

Once on the beach, the four laptops can be interacted with. The radio, however, will no longer be interactable.
Interacting with the laptops will cause the screens to change:

There appears to be a code or sequence required to interact with the four laptops. Once you interact with any of the laptops 6 times, the screen will blink twice. We believe this to be a reset behavior. This appears to suggest that there is a sequence of 6 interactive inputs required to proceed to the next step.
And that's where we're currently at.

80. "Bigger Boat" Jaws Movie
On the "Prehistoric King" bundle, there's a hovercraft skin named "Bigger Boat". This is a reference to the movie, Jaws:
The number "75" on the skin refers to the movie's release year of 1975.Note also that the Morse code for the Megalodon EE refers to the movie as well:"SOS SHARK BIT OUR STERN. BOAT TOO SMALL. FIND REMOTES ACTIVATE SCANNER"
That's a reference to the scene where the shark kills Quint and takes a large chunk out of the boat's stern/rear.

79. Sharknado, Part 2
As concluding details for the shark EE, you will need to interact with the laptops in the sequence 1, 3, 2, 3, 1, and 3, respectively, from left to right. I.e. press the first laptop, then the third laptop, then the second laptop, then the third laptop, then the first laptop, and finally the third laptop.
You will then see the buoy with a blinking light above it, flashing a message in Morse code: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5m5xbLul3N0
Video credit: Michał Szyksznia
The message reads as: "Honor Frank".
This is a hint referring to Franky the Shark, one of four plushie toy characters, which is a Battlefield reference in the Dead Space (2023) game. Those plushie toys could also be picked up within BF2042 as part of a different, previous EE unlock on the Redacted map, which once completed, rewarded the player with the "Franky the Shark" charm. This charm must be equipped on the primary weapon by the player performing the kills in the next step.
Next, at least 3 kills (or "sacrifices") via a takedown melee must take place in the water right by the sign. Once again, the player performing the takedown kills must have the "Franky the Shark" charm equipped on their primary weapon. Note: if you don't have the charm unlocked yet, then you could pick up a dead player's weapon that already has it attached and perform takedowns that count toward this EE.
Once three takedown sacrifices are made successfully, lightning will strike the buoy and a tornado will form right off the coast and approach closer... with several sharks caught inside--a sharknado!

Players killed by a melee takedown in the water are considered as "sacrifice", and will receive the "Shark Bait" tag. An unlock message should appear on your screen when the sacrifices are complete. Note that these melee kills must be done prior to the lightning strike. And, only up to the first three sacrificed players will be able to unlock the tag.

Once the Shark Bait tag is unlocked, the Morse code on the buoy will change and read as: "WE SHALL RISE".

Thank you @SterlingARCH3R for posting it and thank you and the BFEE community for finding out about this really cool easter egg. 👍

Here are a few small ones...
81. Willys Jeep Dev Initials & Dates
On the BF1942 Willys Jeep in Portal, there are letters and numbers at each corner of the bumpers totaling four. These appear to be initials and birth years, possibly of the devs involved in Portal or perhaps more specifically on the Willys Jeep creation.
23. "Fatburen" on HZ Resupply Stations & Strike Team Mode Objective Crate
In the S7 limited edition Strike Team mode, there's a small plaque on the crate with the laptop that each team must cap. It's unclear what exactly the message is, but it may include some of the Battlefield franchise titles. "Fatburen" and "Stockholm" is the location of DICE HQ in Sweden.
It reads as:
Fatburen
Stockholm 23442
234234.234V.1

On Falck's "Righteous Path" legendary skin, there's a QR code that reads, "Happy!"

82. Scanned Deer Skull
Ludwig Lindstål, 3D Artist at EA DICE, made a 3D scan of a deer skull and immortalized it into the BF2042 game on the Reclaimed map. He was also the main 3D artist for the Reclaimed map. You can find one of the deer skulls without antlers on the USA side near the out of bounds area (to the right from the US side looking towards the rest of the map), atop a tree trunk within a dilapidated shack/shed. A second deer skull but with antlers can be found near objective B1."Photoscan and game ready asset of a deer skull. My grandfather was a hunter and he shot this deer some 40 years ago, somewhere in the southern forests of Sweden, it has begun to fall apart so I thought it would be nice to scan it to preserve it indefinitely."Image credit: Ludwig LindstålImage credit: Batman William - SterlingARCH3R9 months agoHero
83. Sacrifice
A player card unlock was discovered on the new "night" version of the Battle of the Bulge map. At the church on objective D, there's a fire circle. Perform 3 takedowns on an enemy within this fire circle, and the "Sacrifice" player card is yours.
