- @xVSG_KennY I found this by brute forcing it myself. Unfortunately I do not know enough about origin to suggest a way to reproduce this glitch.
Welp. I contacted their support on every possible platform. Nobody has an answer for our problem.
Hey guys, so my friend was able to launch the game tonight. Not sure if this really is a fix for the problem or if we just got lucky with the launch. (We dont want to close the game right now as its working for once).
Note: There is a new Nvidia graphics driver.. we downloaded and installed this one.
Please do the following at your own risk! :
We have disabled the Windows Defender Firewall and were able to launch the game. Possibly we might have just gotten lucky. I will let you guys know ASAP.
1. Open up the Windows Control Panel
2. Go to System and Security
3. In the left pane, choose "Turn Windows Firewall on or off"
4. For both, private networks & Gues or public networks select "Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended)"
5. If your origin was still open -> Close it
6. Otherwise open Origin and try to launch your game
Hope i was able to help you guys until they release an official fix!
Edit: Please let me know if this is working for you 🙂
Same Problem here, for some reason and only can play the tutorial while it says "install progress".
Looks more like the Profile can't sync with or loaded from the BF Server...
If that's the case, updating drivers, verifying steam files/repairing Origin Files and so on wont help.
But waht comes in my mind and might help, disabling gaming services like Asus Game First Service, that Service caused sometimes connection problems in Bf3/bf4.
But still would point my finger on sync problems.*Looks like I was r ight.
I've killed the Asus Game First Service and now I'm back in the menu with my lvl 20 profile, no installing or turorial.
So just in case you have an Asus Board, open your taskmanger go into the tab "details" and look for the Asusgamefirstservice. *possible also listed as ROG Game First.
Possible other Brands have an similar gaming lan/internet tool/booster/whatever too that caused this Problem. You are absolutely right! Game crashed for my friend and wouldn't restart at the beginning. He also had the Asusgamefirstservice running. After killing it the game started correctly 🙂
You are a legend!
- @Supernova_xoxo you sir, are a legend.
Awesome, glad to hear it works for you guys too 💪
Just in case it will happen again, the Service sometimes reactivate itself so you have to disable it again 🙄
Or simply uninstall, since it's just an pointless lan booster tool.
*uninstall will not affect the connection.

sounds like EAC is catching that asus program and causing the game not to load.
Any booster, pre load enhancement services are not performance when they claim to be. They have the adverse affect in most cases.
Thanks

It's not easy anti cheats fault.
This kind of service always made some trouble even in games without eac or somethingelse.
It's quite useless anyways so I suggest to uninstall this service 👏
