The EULA probably nullifies all sorts of actions against the games vendor based on performance. I think the only users with half a case are the ones that pre-ordered the premium additions. They expected full XP progress in portal, but it was cut less than 24hrs after the advanced launch.
But I know nothing.
The game is drastically reduced in price now at 35 USD. I totally feel for the players that bought the premium additions at north of 120 USD!!!
