I seem to be stuck after tier 1 this week - tier 2 unable to be unlocked.. most annoying.

Any ideas how to become unstuck?

    It would also be great if the Battle Pass actually counted the correct # of battle points toward the T1 badge. 

    I know I may be quick pointing this out as it is only 1/2 way thru the second season (19 weeks) since this problem arose, but thought I would mention it....
