It depends which version you have bought.
There is a standalone Standard Edition for the Old Gen consoles and there is a Standard/Gold/Ultimate Edition for the Old Gen/Current-Gen consoles, which includes both versions of the game.
Do you know which version you have bought?

This also has my brain racked. I bought the standard version because my friend was on the Xbox One. I had the series x at the time. After digging through options and game management I re-downloaded the pre order pack and was able to access the series X version and played with my teammate. Few weeks after the "rights" to it were taken away. I stopped playing to see if it would fix itself over time and the series X version is completely gone. I downloaded the One version to play again today and it has all my data from when I played on the series X but I don't have access to the series X version.

Hey @th3grav3,
That is indeed very odd. If you've purchased the Standard edition of the game that comes with both Xbox One and Xbox Series versions, you should still have these as long as you're signed in with the correct Xbox account. I think that, if these 'rights' were taken away in the meantime, something possibly went wrong with your order on Microsoft's side. We unfortunately don't have any insights into console entitlements/rights, so it would be better to get in touch with Xbox support so they can check for you.
