It's promising that you're looking at these issues.  Unfortunately, the answer to your questions about "which maps" has to be "all of them".  These are flaws present in every map and so it's good that you've recognised that's what needed here is a change to design language, not just a few map tweaks.

On the topic of vehicle/infantry balance, I'm worried that you're only focussed on one mode and on vehicle numbers.  There are a few primary issues I have with vehicles:

• It feels like there is no real ability to affect their presence.  Once you get past the countermeasures, distance, speed, etc., destroying or damaging them barely takes them out of the fight as they can swiftly escape and regen or respawn.
• The armament balance is entirely off.  Infantry have to think about their ammo and tools, and cannot just spam as they like.  To restock they have to work with other players.  Vehicles don't have to go through any of this effort, and as such get far more freedom to just keep doing damage / soaking up the non-replenishing anti-vehicle ammo from the infantry.
• Anti-air is broken.  Lock on takes too long, is muted by countermeasures for far more time than is reasonable, and the lock on range lets some aircraft just sit at outer range while still effectively killing.
• The nightbird moves like a spaceship in zero g while being able to splash down infantry.  It should be in the same bin as the bolte.
