I really hope this isn't just a show and you are actually listening.. instead of being theatre and you already had a plan and are implementing it and you just want to see if you were heading in the right direction type deal. Which we will see.... but I miss playing battlefield, I don't play older versions of games, I'm not a nostalgic gamer. Although I have fond memories of what battlefield used to be. (Ive been a fan since Vietnam)
I for one don't care that there are specialists instead of classes, it was an interesting twist. You have already been shifting away from classes so its not that big of a shock you follow one of EA's highest-grossing games model, with Specialists and skins for them.
Why give specialists their best gear off rip? Make people earn it, the problem now is you already gave them this stuff, you cant take it away, on the positive, you can build better!! Battlefield use to make it alittle harder to unlock weapons and attachments and this one you unlock things pretty quickly.
If you want people to play different specialists give them the possibility of getting better, otherwise the one that is OP everyone will tend to try to use them and will be upset if you limit squads to 1.
I cant stress how much COMMS matters, I used to navigate the map with a team of rando because at least they could hear if they didn't have a mic, they used the interactions within the game to say I gotcha, on PC you have to stop what you are doing and type if you aren't in a party outside of the game.
Like I see videos all the time where a single person comes behind a whole squad and no one turns around, then you see the text chat pop up, lol couldn't say * to you guys
It takes the squad aspect out of it a team-based game.
Then I know the scoreboard is big for some people and I actually believe its nice to see what you are doing, sometimes I feel like Rambo, then the match ends says I killed 3 people assisted in 76... and its like what? but I saw the points and kill feed... so yes a SCOREBOARD
THAN COVER I think you got battlegrounds right on a small section on 3 or 4 maps, i will submit them on pc later
