Yes, it's not normal. We are the ones who keep the franchise alive in the good times but also the bad times of Battlefield. When I say we, I'm talking about the hardcore community of the franchise. Let them bring in new players to test the next Battlefield, okay, but let's not forget us either. And if the tests are so important for the evolution of the game, why take so many risks with people who are only there for fun, to make leaks, or not give importance to Battlefield. We are here with ideas, ambitions, experience and perspective on the game, so why sink ourselves into a list of several million players who are waiting when more than half of them don't care ?
There were times I alpha tested on nothing but a wire mesh map and still did the feedback (DICE, you never did make a standard feedback form did you).
It was cool chatting with the Devs :-)
