Battlefield Portal - Changing of Sectors, flags, start position possible?

There is no spatial editor within Battlefield Portal, our current focus is with the Battlefield Builder and Logic Editor and the ability for you to create you're own custom mode experiences through sliders, mutators and code. @CloudMcRip

@Jesse165 Thank you for your answer, but I have another question. I saw in the official portal mode introduction video that they can divide a small area in a large map for play. If there is no spatial editor, how can they do it only by logic editor?
