BattlePass Too Easy or Too Hard?

@Adamonic thought that your couple rounds are not couple. You need to have 5 games with 12k exp minimum (assume that you get it from 20-25min game which result in almost 2h per day minimum) to get to lvl 100. So either you playing much more than you are saying or you just skipping tiers with money.
That's fine if you have time to play more and you enjoy that but there are many of us who don't have all the time in the world and battlepass feels a little too much grindy already.

@Adamonic the Battlepass is not a challenge, it is an encouragement for regular activity.

@Adamonic I doubt that you have "not played so much", maybe you are a good player which is ok but you can’t take your experience as base line for all players

Also, on the second day of the season pass I made a calculation (which was false because the increase of exp is much higher than I had expected on this day)

but with this calculation I already needed 5-6 games a day (which are around 2h a day) for every day of the whole season (so you need to play every day for 12 weeks) to get to lvl 100 without the weekly missions

I calculated this numbers with my average exp per round which are 15k and @LlamaWithKatana has also only is calculating with 12k which makes the grind even harder

So, for a normal player with around 2h maybe 3h playtime a day the weekly missions are highly needed to minimise the grind

At the moment I completing lvl 29 and I need 5250xp for one point so I already need 3+ rounds to get an lvl

So I don’t think this is to easy especially when wee don’t know how the exp increase is for each lvl point for the comming lvl

I think it is do able but I have my concerns in which direction DICE\EA is going with this.

Also if you are an Coop\PvE player you have a real hard grind which is imho not OK, even when I play PvP only

@CountSero I'm in 20s (just unlocked smoke grenade launcher) so IIRC lvl23 or smth like that. 12k is not my number but averages. Sure if you can hit 18 consistently then you need less time but 12 is rather safer. Here and there you get more.
I see it as a way for DICE to sell tier skips since if you got 85% you are most likely to skip last few tiers just to get rather than loose it forever. That would be a bummer.
Coop exp capped so I don't even consider it as a viable option.
Weekly MIGHT help a bit but then again weekly alone won't get you to lvl100. I even doubt it can get you to lvl80 alone. Prob around lvl60 (feel free to disprove me on this one as it is just subjective feeling). But every day I don't dedicate 2-3h of my life to it I feel how I fall behind the schedule.

@CloverDeuce From the looks of it yes, we don't know if that resets weekly is or if it is based on the level you are at (and fixed). Someone on Reddit was at 25,500 or something like that.

@LlamaWithKatana no I'm totally with you there with you and I also think to force people to play more than regularly to get to lvl 100 is not ok

but I think I will wait for more information (like the weekly reset tomorrow) to get a better picture how DICE is handling the XP increase (if they go with a weekly reset which I don't expect from them or if they go the hard road with a steep curve of exp increase)

and no, you are right you can get around 59 lvl with weekly missions if you have premium and do all of the mission

So, you need to grind at least 41-42 lvl by your own if you don’t miss a mission and I see it at the moment that I already need 3+ rounds for one lvl (which is much exp)

But with RL I don’t think that everybody can play every day, so the grind is real if you not an every day player

and yes it seems that they want to sell some skips there

@CountSero I believe that weekly offer just amount of tokens regardless of lvl. So on higher levels it is going to be more valuable that on lover levels (the amount of XP per token increases greatly). DICE really should consider capping it rather than keep it growing indefinitely.

@LlamaWithKatana Yeah I think so too but if they cap it then how can they get people get pay for tier skips because it's more attainable? It's pretty clear based on what I've seen that's their end game here. We will see what happens tomorrow but I don't anticipate a reset. They should have a consistent amount from beginning to end. Like say 4k XP per point every single time.
