From what I have seen hackers are either very well hidden or anticheat is working.
I played the older battlefields, 1 and 5 were swarming with cheaters you could barely play without a hacker turning up and ruining the game.
SMGs killing at range is possible with high power mag, a good barrel and burst/single firing with prone.
Liz's missile is only good at taking out choppers and lone infantry.
Better to use m5 (killed so many tanks that way, spotted them also).
If you want teamwork, find a clan. Could also follow your random SL and create teamwork (most times entire squad stays near when this is done).

Thats why we had server browser and ingame admins back in the good ol´days
