BF 2042 Portal > Rules Editor

Hey guys, I have a technical question about setting up a stamina meter RULE>ACTION in the 2042 Portal Rules Editor. Is there anyone from the DICE dev team who could help me out? I'm 80% there, just getting stumped on something. Thank you.
